My interes in woodblock printing started in 2008 when a friend and I decided to enter a competition to make a set of pre-17th century playing cards.  I had never done any wood carving before, but I had always had in interest in printing.  During the project I learned that I really enjoy carving woodblock, and since then, I have done several more projects and have many more in the works.

I have also begun collecting 15th and 16th century woodblock prints, which you can view in the gallery.
